CHIA ICE POPS

Nutritious and refreshing, these ice pops get their natural sweetness from fruit.

Serves 4-6

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen mango chunks
½ cup orange juice
1⁄3 cup chia seeds
¼ cup water

Put all ingredients in a blender and liquefy. Pour into ice-pop molds and freeze.
