McComsey’s favorite smoothie combines real food, plant protein powder, and healthy fat for sustained energy in a physically demanding lifestyle.
- 2 scoops vanilla plant protein powder (30–40 grams of protein)
- ⅓ of an avocado
- 1 cup loosely packed raw baby spinach
- 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
- 8 oz. water and ice
