This gourmet-style popcorn is laced with omega oils, sweet beet crystals, and nutritional yeast. One bite and you may never make popcorn another way.
½ cup unpopped popcorn
2-3 Tbs. Flora 7 Sources Oil or
Udo’s 3.6.9 Oil Blend
1 tsp. sea salt
3-4 Tbs. nutritional yeast
Optional: Beet crystals (try Flora Salus
Red Beet Crystals) to taste
Using an air popper, pop the popcorn into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle the popcorn with oil, salt, and nutritional yeast (and beet crystals, if desired) to taste, mixing thoroughly.
