1 ½ cups coconut milk
1 large frozen banana
1 to 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. grated ginger root (substitute 1/2 tsp. dried ginger)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. cardamom, or to taste
Pinch of clove and nutmeg
1 tsp. flax oil
1 tsp. pumpkin seed oil
1 scoop rice and pea protein powder or
