1 Tbs. ground flax seed or psyllium husks (more if you are constipated)
2 Tbs. lecithin granules
¼ tsp. cinnamon
8 oz. water
Optional: Ice cubes or ½ cup organic fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries or strawberries (when using a blender)
Optional flavorings: ½ capful of organic, alcohol-free almond, coffee and/or vanilla extract (such as Frontier or Nature’s Flavors), or 1 tsp. 100% pure cocoa powder.

Stir or shake, or blend with ice cubes and/or berries. For a thicker consistency, add less water.
For a “mochaccino” flavor: add ½ capfuls of almond and coffee extracts.
