Ingredients

  • ½ cup organic coconut milk
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp. matcha
  • ¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. raw honey or liquid stevia glycerite, to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat coconut milk and water in a small pot over medium high heat, until hot but not boiling. Pour coconut milk-water mixture into a blender, add remaining ingredients, and blend until frothy. Pour into a mug and enjoy! Note: We used SoDelicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk Beverage in this recipe. For a richer flavor, use full-fat coconut milk.
