This cocktail is sweet and tart with a light coconut taste. The sweet intensity of pineapple is the perfect pairing with the tart of pomegranate seeds.


Serves 2

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup ice

1/2 cup pineapple

1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

2 Tbs. chia seed

Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
