Makes 2 cups

Flu Tea

2 Tbs. dried, crushed chamomile flowers
2 Tbs. dried rose hips
1 ½ tsp. dried, crushed lemon balm
½ tsp. rubbed sage
¼ tsp. ground ginger
honey to taste

1. Combine herbs in a large, heat-safe measuring cup. Add boiling water to the 2 cup line. Stir well then let it steep for 4 to 6 minutes. Add honey to taste.
