If you’re a coffee drinker, this takes it to a whole new level.
Makes 2 servings.
Brew 1 pot of coffee. Keep it separate and hot until the last step. Put these ingredients into a blender:
10 raw cacao beans, or a handful of raw cacao nibs
1–2 Tbs. reishi or chaga mycelium (the
contents of 5 capsules equal 1 Tbs.)
1 Tbs. organic lucuma powder*
1 cup organic almond milk
1 tsp. organic vanilla powder
1 pinch sea salt
Add hot coffee, blend immediately, and serve. Can also be made with iced coffee.
* Lucuma is a Peruvian fruit with a unique, maple-like taste. Navitas Naturals sells raw lucuma powder.
