Green tea contains powerful catechins that heal sun-damaged skin. Goji berries add concentrated antioxidants and vitamin C to boost collagen, and the beta carotene in mango cubes wards off wrinkling and fine lines.
2 tsp. loose-leaf green tea, or two green tea bags
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup frozen mango cubes
2 tsp. hemp seed oil
3 Tbs. goji berries
Combine tea and ½ cup boiling water in a small cup and steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain and let cool. In a blender, combine green tea with remaining ingredients and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
