Some kids will fight veggies no matter how you present them. That’s when you start hiding the healthy food. Puree veggies into your marinara sauce. Drizzle a creamy sauce over broccoli. Or blend cauliflower into smoothies for more nutrition.

- Prep Time
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen cauliflower
¼ cup frozen banana, cut into slices for easier blending
1 teaspoon maca powder (optional but amazing)
½–1 whole scoop of Sunwarrior’s Classic vanilla protein
½–¾ cup coconut water (or 1 cup coconut water)
½–¾ cup almond milk (or 1 cup almond milk)
- Get outside with your kids and get some exercise, then come back to refresh yourself by putting all ingredients in a blender and then blend!!
- Or, just blend!
(And add any extra splashes of liquid to make the smoothie your desired consistency.)
